As a result of the implementation, on May 25, 2018, of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter 'GDPR'), fulfilling of the information obligation resulting from Article 13, I inform you that:
  1. AThe Personal Data Administrator is Wojciech Węgier running the business under the name of Firma Węgier Glass Wojciech Węgier, 68-200 Żary, Szklarska 39 street, based on the entry to CR&IOB, NIP: 928-001-41-88.
  2. Administrator - Węgier Glass Company Wojciech Węgier does not appoint a Data Protection Supervisor.
  3. In cases concerning personal data processed by the Administrator, you can send messages to the e-mail address dane@wegierglass.com.pl
  4. Your data will be processed for the necessary purpose for:
    • proper implementation of contracts, including all preparatory activities preceding conclusion of the contract
    • the performance of activities in accordance with the granted consent
    • to answer the query asked
    • perform the legal obligations imposed on the Administrator to issue and store the following documents: invoices and accounting documents, to respond to any complaint
    • to meet the legitimate interest of the Administrator in pursuing its claims or defending its interests prior to those claims
    • carrying out quality of service analyses, as well as statistical analyses for Administrator's inner requirements.
  1. The processing of your personal data is based on Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 2016/679 .
  2. Your data may be transferred to:
    • pentities providing courier and forwarding services, postal, banking, advisory, legal, financial, insurance
    • entities providing accounting and tax services to the Administrator
    • the Węgier Glass Company Wojciech Węgier’s sub-contractors
    • if the head office of the entity to which your data are transferred is located outside the EEA, the data may be transferred there (this applies to courier and forwarding services).
  1. The providing of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the agreement.
  2. Personal data will be processed:
    • for the period necessary for the proper execution of the purposes of the processing and for the periods resulting from the civil law liability or public law obligations of the Administrator
    • until time of consent withdrawal.
  1. I inform you that you have the right to:
    • request access to their data, rectify them, erase them, restrict their processing, transfer the data, object to their processing and withdraw consent to their processing
    • file a complaint with the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data in case it considers that a personal data breach has occurred.
